EXPERIENCE
Ms. Adair is an experienced environmental and safety professional that has worked with a wide variety of industry. This experience includes providing project management for industrial and governmental agencies in acquisition support performing Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Environmental Baseline Studies, NEPA Environmental Assessments, and Wetland Determinations. Ms. Adair has developed and assisted in implementation of numerous written safety programs, assisted industry during and after OSHA inspections, provided guidance on public notification, developed and instructed OSHA required safety training, written and produced safety videos, conducted live safety broadcasts, conducted comprehensive safety audits, and has lectured at Arkansas Environmental Federation conferences. In addition, Ms. Adair is an authorized OSHA General Industry Outreach Trainer. Ms. Adair serves as project manager for several industrial clients providing environmental assistance for all aspects of environmental and safety issues at the facilities, which includes Spill Prevention, Countermeasure and Control plans, hazardous waste management, risk management plans, air permitting, NPDES permitting, Integrated Contingency Plan development, Arkansas Petroleum Storage Tank Trust Fund applications, and recordkeeping assistance.

U.S. Army Reserves 90th Regional Support Command. Completed five environmental assessments in three separate states evaluating use of graphite in smoke obscurants during training activities. Assessed risks, developed mitigation factors, and assisted in public notification.

U.S. Army Reserves 89th Regional Support Command. Completed Environmental Baseline Surveys in Missouri and Arkansas for lease renewal and acquisition assistance.

ERC Development Group, LLC, Barling, Arkansas. Conducted numerous Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and Wetland Determinations on properties utilized for HUD Housing Projects.

Odom’s Tennessee Pride Sausage, Inc. (Little Rock, AR and Madison, TN). Developed Risk Management Plans for ammonia refrigeration systems, and developed and implemented Process Safety Management programs.

Porocel Corporation, Little Rock, Arkansas. Project Manager for all environmental and safety programs at the facility.

Ciba Specialty Chemicals, RCRA Exempt Comparable Fuels, West Memphis, Arkansas. Prepare documentation, procedures, and records to support energy recovery from RCRA exempt comparable fuels.

Safety Training. For industries and government employees including, 40 hour HAZWOPER and OSHA 8 hour refresher.
