She has been integral in developing facility environmental and safety plans, including Integrated Contingency Plans, SPCC and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans, and OSHA Emergency Action Plans. Mrs. Davis has also helped facilities to develop internal compliance systems to manage these types of plans and permits. She also performs the associated training for these facilities. Included selecting and managing third party consultants and negotiating conditions of the closure plan with the state regulatory agency. Metal Tubing Manufacturing Company, General Environmental Assistance, Audited the company’s environmental compliance and provided assistance in meeting the requirements of both Air and Hazardous Waste Consent Administrative Orders. Prepared permit modifications to bring the facility into compliance. Set up an environmental management system to assist plant managers in maintaining future compliance. U.S. Army Reserve, NEPA Compliance, Environmental Baseline Surveys, Managed completion of 90 Environmental Baseline Surveys for Army Reserve Facilities in Arkansas, Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico. Tracked action items at each site to allow Reserve Command to monitor project status. NEPA Environmental Assessment-multiple states. Prepares Environmental Assessments for training activites and relocation of troops at several Army Reserve locations for the 88th and 90th Regional Readiness Commands. Environmental Site Assessments-multiple locations in multiple states. Serves as the senior manager for all ECCI Phase I ESAs. Ensures compliance with ASTM guidelines and uses her experience on other projects to assist project managers with risk determinations.
