EXPERIENCE
Mrs. Davis has a broad background in managing environmental projects. She has served as Project Manager on numerous Phase I Environmental Site Assessment projects for various types of acquisitions. She has managed Phase II Site Assessments and Site Characterizations, as well as remedial activities stemming from initial investigations and Consent Administrative Orders. She has prepared risk assessment documentation to close these types of projects with approval of the regulatory agencies.

Mrs. Davis has prepared applications for air permits, storm water permits, NPDES permits, and industrial pretreatment permits. She has been integral in developing facility environmental and safety plans, including Integrated Contingency Plans, SPCC and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans, and OSHA Emergency Action Plans. Mrs. Davis has also helped facilities to develop internal compliance systems to manage these types of plans and permits. She also performs the associated training for these facilities.

General Dynamics ATP, RCRA Closure of Hazardous Waste Treatment Area, Prepared and implemented a RCRA closure plan for a hazardous waste treatment area. Included selecting and managing third party consultants and negotiating conditions of the closure plan with the state regulatory agency.

Metal Tubing Manufacturing Company, General Environmental Assistance, Audited the company’s environmental compliance and provided assistance in meeting the requirements of both Air and Hazardous Waste Consent Administrative Orders. Prepared permit modifications to bring the facility into compliance. Set up an environmental management system to assist plant managers in maintaining future compliance.

U.S. Army Reserve, NEPA Compliance, Environmental Baseline Surveys, Managed completion of 90 Environmental Baseline Surveys for Army Reserve Facilities in Arkansas, Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico. Tracked action items at each site to allow Reserve Command to monitor project status.

NEPA Environmental Assessment-multiple states. Prepares Environmental Assessments for training activites and relocation of troops at several Army Reserve locations for the 88^th and 90^th Regional Readiness Commands.

Environmental Site Assessments-multiple locations in multiple states. Serves as the senior manager for all ECCI Phase I ESAs. Ensures compliance with ASTM guidelines and uses her experience on other projects to assist project managers with risk determinations.

Integrated Contingency Plans-multiple locations in multiple facilities. Prepares “workable” emergency contingency plans to simplify complex overlapping regulatory requirements concerning hazardous spills, waste management, or releases. Assure that those plans comply with the entire scope of the regulatory requirements and develop a matrix to document compliance for regulatory inspectors.

Specialty Chemical Manufacturing Company, Toxic Release Inventory, Prepared Toxic Release Inventory submittals for approximately ten (10) chemicals for a complex chemical manufacturing facility. Calculated releases to air (point and fugitive), waste water, and storm water and through accidental releases.
