EXPERIENCE
ECCI, Little Rock, Arkansas. Mr. Gentry is a senior project manager at ECCI. He is responsible for selecting the appropriate engineering and environmental science skills to successfully complete complex projects. He manages numerous complex corporate and multiple facility projects. His experience with senior industry business and environmental managers allows him to effectively focus project resources to produce useful and costeffective results.

EnecoTech, Inc., Little Rock, Arkansas. Mr. Gentry’s primary responsibility was for overall business management including profit and loss for the regional office of this national environmental consulting firm. He developed the regional business plan for integration into the corporate master business plan. He directed allocation of resources and assets to meet the needs of clients and accomplish the goals and objectives of the office. He was responsible for defining project scope and budgets and for ultimate proposal preparation. Additionally, Mr. Gentry was responsible for the development and implementation of the corporate business development program and for directing the sales efforts for many national clients.

Mr. Gentry has provided oversight project management on multi-site, multi-state projects involving site characterization and remediation of various types and degrees of petroleum hydrocarbon impact. This involved coordination of project and taskschedules, coordination of staff of varying disciplines, and coordination of multiple subcontractors. Additionally, Mr. Gentry performed as project and client representative for negotiation with regulatory authorities resulting in successful closure of sites in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana, and Tennessee.

Project management activities have included providing technical and regulatory guidance on numerous site investigations and closures involving sites impacted with PCB’s, petroleum hydrocarbons, heavy metals, pentachlorophenols, and other hazardous wastes. These have included: stormwater pond closures for a major railroad impacted by petroleum hydrocarbons, investigation and closure of electrical equipment distribution facilities, substations and service yards contaminated with PCBs for an electric utility, demolition and remediation of an asphalt manufacturing facility, and other closures of various operations at industrial manufacturing facilities and warehouses impacted by regulated hazardous wastes. Mr. Gentry has performed environmental site assessments of facilities ranging from industrial manufacturing facilities to retail gasoline stations, telecommunication facilities, health care facilities, and large tract rural property and timberlands. In addition, he has conducted regulatory compliance audits of bulk petroleum storage facilities, various manufacturing facilities, and hazardous waste TSDF’s.

Entek Laboratory, Little Rock, Arkansas, Mr. Gentry was responsible for the implementation of the marketing program for this environmental laboratory including identification of target market segments and the establishment of goals and objectives within the context of the changing regulatory environment. Mr. Gentry served as the laboratory resource for interpretation of regulatory requirements to customers and staff in support of providing laboratory analytical services.

ENSCO, Little Rock, Arkansas. Directed all activities pertaining to increasing product line revenues and profitability for ENSCO’s PCB transformer services market. Provided support to national sales staff in the interpretation of regulatory applicability of TSCA requirements to customer situations, wastes and materials. Mr. Gentry performed as technical sales engineer for waste management and toxic (PCBs) hazardous waste disposal services. He was also assigned to the consulting division in the position of project manager for projects involving environmental site assessments to site characterization and remediation of sites impacted with PCBs, heavy metals, and petroleum hydrocarbons.

Fluor Engineers, Houston, Texas. Cost Engineer responsible for financial status tracking, estimation, and budgeting on numerous engineering and construction projects.
