EXPERIENCE
Ms. Hill has over 12 years of engineering and environmental experience. She has worked with a variety of industries in assisting them with environmental compliance issues including Title V compliance; Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans; Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure Plans; Form R submittals; solid waste recycling plans; and Environmental Site Assessments.

Whirlpool Corporation, Clean Air Act Compliance, Fort Smith, Arkansas. Prepared Title V air permit application including complex air dispersion modeling of criteria pollutants and hazardous air pollutants (HAPs). This project was awarded a Whirlpool corporate medal for outstanding innovation and flexibility.

Infectious Medical Waste Incinerators, (6 facilities), Arkansas and Ohio. Prepared Title V air permit applications, completed all air dispersion modeling, and assisted with compliance issues.

Cargill, Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure Plans for Multiple Facilities, USA. Gathered field data and prepared Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure Plans for several facilities covering 30 states.

Exxon Chemical Corporation, Plant Optimization, Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Created a daily monitoring system for the plant operation using statistical analysis to track key variables and provide early detection of operating problems.

Tyson Foods, Inc., Multiple Facilities, USA. Provided air pollution compliance support for feed mill operations, poultry rendering, and further processing plants. Negotiated with state air pollution agencies for more reasonable air emission factors for estimating emissions from feed mills on behalf of the poultry association.

Lumber Processing Facility, Glenwood, Arkansas. Set up a plan for compliance with a Title V air permit. Submitted a revised Title V permit application and participated in negotiation with the state air pollution agency to remove PSD major source status based on presentation of historical data and current operating status.
