She has had lead responsibility for preparation of environmental baseline studies for Army reserve installations in five states. Her lead responsibilities include property historical research, interpretation of data and information from multiple sources and databases, technical writing, development of summary conclusions and action recommendations, and management of project schedules. Mrs. McCallisters’ experience with systems at industrial and manufacturing facilities include preparation of annual hazardous waste reports, air permit recordkeeping systems and spreadsheets, EPA Toxic Release Inventory (Form R) Reports, and other compliance related recordkeeping system and incident documentation. Mrs. McCallister has experience in the real estate appraisal and building inspection area. That process experience has been beneficial and allowed lessons learned from those projects to be applied to investigations and evaluations undertaken as an environmental professional.
