EXPERIENCE
Ms. Ramamurthy has had extensive experience in oil and gas pipeline safety compliance. Her knowledge of 49 CFR 192 and 49 CFR 195 has allowed her to interpret regulations to clients by creating training programs, as well as analyzing gaps in compliance of their operations and maintenance programs, and integrity management plans. Her ability to interpret federal and state pipeline safety regulations has allowed her to develop an ability to interpret complex regulations.

During her time at ECCI, she has been involved in a variety of environmental projects. She has been involved with Air Permitting, Air Compliance Reporting, Stormwater Prevention and Pollution Plans (SWPPP), Spill Prevention Pollution Control Plans (SPCC plans), Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) Form R Reporting, and Environmental Site Assessments. Her ability to take on new projects has allowed her to become the lead engineer for No Discharge and/or Land Application Permits. She has prepared No Discharge and/or Land Application permits for a rice mill and refuse system. Her knowledge of the oil and gas industry has also allowed her to prepare permit requests for Land Application and Waste Storage and disposal for Water-Based Drilling Fluids.

Ms. Ramamurthy has prepared air permit applications for a variety of industrial facilities. Her experience includes creating permit modifications for a small lawn equipment manufacturer, a chicken processing facility, and a sandstone mining company. Also, she prepared a permit renewal for a rice processing facility in Mississippi. She has gained experience with air permitting in multiple states. She completes computer air dispersion modeling using AERMOD and prepares Annual and Semi-Annual Air Compliance Reports for Clean Air Act Title V facilities.

Ms. Ramamurthy has also developed a cost-cutting strategy for wastewater disposal for an industrial detergent facility. Ms. Ramamurthy has been involved in writing several SWPPPs and SPPC Plans.
