EXPERIENCE
Mr. Shively is experienced in drafting and design on a broad range of civil engineering projects including site design, land development, traffic management, readings, drainage, utilities, and wastewater collection and treatment systems. In his normal projects he uses AutoCAD, Land Development Desktop, Micro-station, In-Roads, AutoTurn, Desktop, Micro-station and traffic software such as Petra and Road Reporter.

At ECCI, Mr. Shively has concentrated on design and drafting of wastewater collection and treatment systems for the New Water Systems (an ECCI Company). Projects have ranged from multi use commercial retail developments to large residential developments, including hundreds of homes. Mr. Shively provides technical support for ECCI industrial engineering projects usually related to modification of industrial facilities.

Mr. Shively has experience in mechanical and electrical layout and design for manufacturing processes. He also has construction management experience.

Mr. Shively manages the drawings portions of engineering projects which includes establishing and maintaining historical project drawing files, releasing final drawings for use, managing layouts and making corrections while purging non used drawings, and then closing out projects including deleting unnecessary drawing files and organizing project drawings onto CD files for ultimate archiving to allow later retrieval of complete project drawing details.
