EXPERIENCE
Mr. Stehle serves as a professional environmental scientist for ECCI projects including Stormwater Management, Oil Spill Control, Mining Water Management, Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act facility compliance systems, and field evaluation of property to identify environmental related issues or assure such issues are not encountered.

Mr. Stehle has quickly developed the understanding of complex regulatory requirements, which has allowed him to succeed in providing quality professional environmental assistance to industrial and private facility owners.

Mr. Stehle has developed on-site Clean Air Act and Clean Water Act compliance assurance procedures and recordkeeping systems to demonstrate immediate and continuous compliance with facility permits and related regulations.

Mr. Stehle serves as lead field evaluator to assess secondary containment system characteristics and to develop workable compliance related recordkeeping and plans. He has served in the lead role on over thirty individual Clean Water Act Oil Spill Control and Countermeasures Plans.

Mr. Stehle has developed field Stormwater Management processes to allow cost-effective stormwater management for multiple industrial, mining, and agricultural facilities.

Mr. Stehle has prepared mining permit applications, evaluated closure and post closure costs and financial assurance mechanisms, and coordinated public notices and communication with regulatory agencies.

Mr. Stehle has served as field investigator for multiple individual Environmental Site Assessments (ASTM Phase I ESA’s). He has completed record reviews and evaluated known or recognized environmental conditions.
