Senior construction manager for a project to build and replace all major thermal treatment and air pollution control components at the Teris, LLC commercial hazardous waste incineration facility. The 14-month project included construction of the replacement components and then a complex tie-in of the new processes during a major shutdown. As an ECCI engineering construction manager, Mr. Toepfer has been responsible for managing major portions of multi-million dollar capital improvement projects at multiple industrial facilities.
