ECCI engineers focus on extending the productive life of these vessels and equipment, often developing field design and specifications for repairing or strengthening vessels, piping, and equipment during the shutdown period. The routine ECCI mechanical integrity inspections help mini-mize production losses due to unplanned equipment or vessel failures. ECCI’s experience at professional engineer construc-tion certification, scheduling, management, and QA/QC is extensive. Potlatch Corporation - McGehee, Arkansas ECCI engineers complete extensive plant mechanical integrity inspections and develop specific repairs or replacements as needed to protect production schedules. ECCI has managed multiple fiberglass and mechanical construction crews (as many as eight crews concurrently) in order to complete critical replacements and repairs during scheduled shut-downs.
