PROJECT & CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

ECCI engineers have extensive experience in the manage-ment of process engineering, maintenance, and construction projects. ECCI is adept at managing designs, construction, and schedules around on-going operations to minimize lost production. ECCI’s construction management experience ranges from complex piping systems to major facility expansions and expedited repair and return of damaged equipment to service.

Example Projects:

Milam Construction Company – El Dorado, Arkansas

During 2001 – 2003, ECCI engineers served as project manager for a $12-million project which resulted in replacement and upgrading of the secondary combustion and air pollution control systems for a commercial hazardous waste incineration system.

Bright Harvest – Clarksville, Arkansas

ECCI performed structural and electrical assessments of facility process equipment. Structural improve-ments were completed to extend the useful life of existing process equipment and repair a failing found-ation in a highly critical area of the plant. ECCI served as the general contractor and construction manager during the project.
