WASTEWATER & STORM WATER TREATMENT SYSTEM ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION
ECCI engineers have completed projects to design, permit and construct wastewater treatment processes and facilities. Wastewater characteristics have included both industrial and sanitary wastewater sources. Project types have included full wastewater treatment system design, specification, permitting and construction including compliance monitoring and reporting.
ECCI engineers have developed solutions related to variable wastewater characteristics and flows with unique treatment challenges providing our clients with cost effective alternatives to expand treatment capabilities and capacities. ECCI industry and government experience in budgeting, cost estimating and project planning allow ECCI projects to fit into client planning procedures and budget cycles. ECCI experience at working within industrial and government systems allows projects to be managed in a manner to prevent business disruption. ECCI engineers provide professional engineer construction certifi-cation for Raytheon and the U.S. Army without disrupting on-going construction and operation schedules. Experience managing turnarounds and expansions at industrial facilities allows ECCI engineers to recognize how to fit into production and operational needs and schedules while minimizing production losses.
Example Projects:
Riviana Foods Carlisle, Arkansas
ECCI served as the design firm and construction general contractor to complete an expansion of wastewater treatment capacity, simplify the waste-water treatment operating procedures, and allow expansion of production. The system upgrade and expansion upgrade was completed on schedule and within budget. The new treatment processes were tied into the previously existing system with no interruption of production.

Teris, LLC/ENSCO El Dorado, Arkansas
ECCI engineers supervised design and construction of the Teris wastewater treatment system. The process treats sanitary wastes from a 350-person workforce and wastewaters from ground water recovery wells. The ground water is contaminated with oil remaining from over 50 years of operation by a refinery. The plant is a modular design allowing for cost effective increases in treatment capacity or process modifications.
