ECCI engineers and scientists have assisted hundreds of companies and individual facilities with environmental compliance reporting, record keeping and compliance QA/QC or audit projects. Projects have ranged from simplifying air emission record keeping, tracking process vessel mechanical integrity inspections, to managing all environmental reporting at complex chemical manufacturing facilities.

In 2000, ECCI developed a compliance assurance tracking program, which accurately and effectively manages all environmental recordkeeping and reporting requirement due dates for individual facilities and companies with multiple facilities. ECCI utilizes the program to track internal compliance and project due dates ensuring that our own deadlines are not missed.

ECCI staff’s broad environmental backgrounds in virtually all environmental media allow us to identify and help correct issues in air, water, hazardous waste, and safety before they become enforcement problems. This senior-level experience is the reason ECCI is utilized by large national and international corporations such as Ciba Specialty Chemicals, 3M Corporation, Cargill, and Alcoa.

The ECCI Compliance Monitoring System allows ECCI to develop a client/facility-specific procedure to track compliance requirements and provide compliance alerts to facility management to help assure required reporting is completed and submitted on time. These client-specific compliance monitoring programs range from ECCI notifications to client managers of upcoming due dates to arrangements where ECCI provides full environmental support in place of client in-house staff. Where ECCI acts as the plant environmental staff, client facilities have often been able to attain full compliance status while actually spending less than the costs of in-house staff.
