Director of Operations
Since joining ECCI in 2014, Kylie Parker has consistently demonstrated her expertise in civil engineering and project management, advancing from a promising young engineer to the role of Director of Operations. Her career trajectory highlights a blend of technical proficiency, business acumen, and strategic leadership, making her an invaluable asset to the organization.
Initially serving as a Project Manager, Mrs. Parker quickly distinguished herself through her adept handling of complex, multidisciplinary projects. Her hands-on experience in construction and project management—from planning and design to execution and final certification—has honed her ability to deliver high-impact, client-focused solutions.
In her current role as Director of Operations, Mrs. Parker oversees the day-to-day functions of the company, aligning operational workflows with long-term business goals. Her responsibilities include defining and refining company policies, implementing process improvements, and managing firm-wide initiatives to enhance organizational performance. She leads internal teams in workforce planning, professional development, resource allocation, and quality control to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Mrs. Parker plays a pivotal role in strategic planning, financial oversight, and cross-functional leadership—working closely with executive management to identify growth opportunities and drive innovation. Her contributions span across human resources, budgeting, IT infrastructure, contract management, and marketing strategy. She also manages client engagement and business development efforts, helping to maintain strong client relationships and a high level of service delivery.
Recognized for her industry contributions, Mrs. Parker was named an Arkansas Business 20 In Their 20s honoree in 2020 and was recently featured in Soirée Magazine as one of the Women to Watch (2024). She is currently a class member of Leadership Arkansas Class XIX, where she was selected to serve as a Class Representative, with graduation set for May of this year.
Mrs. Parker is married to her Jr. High sweetheart, Landon, and they have two boys (Drake and Eli) and a dog (Bella). They are proud to be active in their home community in Saline County and are very active in their home Church. She has a passion for travel and is an avid foodie, always on the lookout for the latest culinary hotspots. She loves spending time with her husband and kids, whether it’s playing in the back yard, or spending time at the ball field, she is always on the move. When she manages to steal some time away from her busy family life, you might find her indulging in a bit of shopping or showcasing her state champion golf skills on the course. Proud of her heritage, Mrs. Parker is a dedicated member of the Comanche Nation Tribe of Oklahoma, and she embraces her cultural roots with great pride.
