Her career trajectory highlights a blend of technical proficiency, business acumen, and strategic leadership, making her an invaluable asset to the organization.

Initially serving as a Project Manager, Mrs. Parker quickly distinguished herself through her adept handling of complex, multidisciplinary projects. Her hands-on experience in construction and project management—from planning and design to execution and final certification—has honed her ability to deliver high-impact, client-focused solutions.

In her current role as Director of Operations and a member of ECCI’s Board of Directors, Mrs. Parker oversees the day-to-day functions of the company while helping guide its long-term strategic direction. Her appointment to the Board reflects her continued leadership, commitment to the firm, and integral role in shaping ECCI’s growth and future. She works to align operational workflows with broader business objectives while defining and refining company policies, implementing process improvements, and managing firm-wide initiatives designed to strengthen organizational performance.

Mrs. Parker leads internal efforts related to workforce planning, professional development, resource allocation, quality control, and operational efficiency. She also plays a key role in strategic planning, financial oversight, and cross-functional leadership, working closely with executive management and fellow Board members to identify growth opportunities, strengthen internal operations, and support the continued development of the company.

Her responsibilities span human resources, budgeting and financial management, IT infrastructure, contract administration, marketing strategy, and other critical business functions. In addition, Mrs. Parker remains actively involved in client engagement and business development, helping foster strong client relationships, identify new opportunities, and maintain the high level of responsiveness and service that ECCI is known for.

Recognized for her industry contributions, Mrs. Parker was named an Arkansas Business 20 In Their 20s honoree in 2020 and was recently featured in Soirée Magazine as one of the Women to Watch (2024). She is also a class graduate of Leadership Arkansas Class XIX, where she was selected to serve as a Class Representative.

Mrs. Parker is married to her Jr. High sweetheart, Landon, and they have two boys (Drake and Eli) and a dog (Bella). They are proud to be active in their home community in Saline County and are very active in their home Church.  She has a passion for travel and is an avid foodie, always on the lookout for the latest culinary hotspots. She loves spending time with her husband and kids, whether it’s playing in the back yard, or spending time at the ball field, she is always on the move. When she manages to steal some time away from her busy family life, you might find her indulging in a bit of shopping or showcasing her state champion golf skills on the course. Proud of her heritage, Mrs. Parker is a dedicated member of the Comanche Nation Tribe of Oklahoma, and she embraces her cultural roots with great pride.
