Julie McCallister

President



Julie McCallister brings over two decades of experience managing environmental compliance and technical consulting projects across Arkansas and the surrounding states. As President of ECCI, she has led the company with vision and energy—expanding client relationships, driving innovation, and reinforcing the firm’s reputation for delivering cost-effective solutions to complex regulatory challenges.

 Julie’s expertise spans environmental science, regulatory compliance, and strategic project management. She has successfully guided industrial clients through permitting, reporting, and recordkeeping processes, including hazardous waste reporting, air permit compliance systems, EPA Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) submissions, and incident documentation.

 Julie’s dedication to excellence extends beyond technical work. Under her leadership, ECCI has experienced continued growth and success, with a culture rooted in service, innovation, and trust. She is actively involved in business development, mentoring staff, and advocating for ECCI’s mission within the environmental and engineering community.

 Julie holds a BS in Environmental Science from the University of Central Arkansas and an MS in Integrated Science and Mathematics from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She is a graduate of the Arkansas Executive Leadership Academy and the Dale Carnegie Leadership Training program. She is also a Registered Environmental Property Assessor and currently serves as President of the Arkansas Environmental Federation.

Her professional honors include recognition as a Soiree Women to Watch 2021 honoree, a member of Leadership Arkansas Class IV, and a Class of 2020 “40 Under 40” award recipient. She is also a proud recipient of the Randal Mathis Scholarship.

 Julie lives in Little Rock—her hometown—with her husband Aaron, their three children (Josh, Olivia, and Ella), a dog (Luna), and a cat (Meow Meow). She enjoys spending time at Lake Ouachita with her family, live music, staying active, and balancing her love of working out with her love of great food.
